Error While Entering Quote Item with Brazil Localization

While attempting to enter an item with Brazil Localization implemented, the following error is seen:



ERROR
-----------------------
1.Error in calculating tax for line , error: [Required Parameter Missing: Transaction Condition Class]
2.ERROR_RETURNED (API=CALCULATE_TAX_WITH_GTT)
 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a quote
2. Entering the part number
3. Error

Note: Quote is setup for Automatic Tax calculation
