Symptoms

When users attempt to respond to their own message in a RFQ's Online Discussion,
the following error occurs.

No one is available for you to reply to this message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the Sourcing responsibility
2. Navigate to the RFQ's Online Discussions page
3. Attempt to reply to your own message
4. The error occurs
