On : 12.2.4 version, Subledger Accounting

When attempting to create an ADR for an journal Line Descriptions and add a condition,the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-00936:missing expression

FRM-40502 ORACLE error. unable to read list of values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OPM Financials Responsibility
2. Subledger Accounting Setup --> Account Derivation Rule
3. Create a New Account Derivation Rule code
