iReceivables Internal 2.0 Responsibility is not displaying active customer Bank Credit Cards.
The credit card is in Active status in Customer page, but in iRec :The desired Credit Card is not visible

iRec > Account Tab > Advanced Payments Page > Select a Transaction to Pay > The desired Credit Card is not visible
