Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version of Report Manager
When attempting to publish reports to an FTP site. Some reports complete successfully and are found on the FTP site. For other reports, the Document Delivery Program fails with the error message:
STOR command failed :550 The system cannot find the path specified. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Publishing an FSG report to be ftp'ed to an external server.
2. Use a special character in the output file name.
