String Buffer Too Small When runing "Japan, Spouse Exemption Form for Salary Earner" on Japanese session (Doc ID 2419399.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When creating the report from the concurrent program "Japan, Spouse Exemption Form for Salary Earner" on Japanese session with aged spouse, the following error occurs and PDF files has not been created.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run concurrent program "Japan, Spouse Exemption Form for Salary Earner" on Japanese session(This issue does not occur on English session) with aged spouse
  2. Error can be seen
