Symptoms


Unable to apply Header level discount on Configured Order

In the process of creating Configured Sales order is R12.2.6, we are able to see the list of Modifiers available to apply header level adjustments.
But once the order is configured, the header level Modifiers LOV on View Adjustments form becomes empty.
Business is unable to apply manual discounts on booked order for business reason.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to apply manual header level modifier once item is configured.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Orders, Returns
3. Sales Orders
4. Enter configured item.
5. View Adjustments, no header level modifiers in LOV.
