In Charges HTML An Exception Occurs If Item Is Entered Before The Service Activity

On : 12.2.6 version, Update Service Request

When attempting to enter charges in Charges HTML, if the item is entered before the Service Activity, an unexpected error. The error stack shows the following:

at oracle.apps.cs.charges.server.CsChargeAMImpl.defaultInvSubInvValues(

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Agent Dashboard query an existing service request
2. In the Update Service Request page go to Charges and Service Logistics
3. Add a new charges line
4. Without entering a Service Activity, enter a valid item number in the Item field
5. Tab out from the item field and the reported error will occur
