PO: Default PO Promised Date From Need By Date Profile Not Working As Expected, set it to No, but the value still gets defaulted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Set this profile to No, then no default value to promise date

1. Set this profile to No

2. Autoreated from requisitions generated by ASCP
