Profile Tab Doesn't Show Profile Class, Credit Limit or Collector Assigned to the Customer

When opening the Collections form, the Profile shows null values for the following fields.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
- Query a customer and click on the Profile tab. Verify the fields reflect the same values that are defined for the customer.
