A Separate Log Is Output To The Current Directory When Running fs_clone (Doc ID 2421195.1)

When attempting to run "adop phase = fs_clone", a log file with date and time as the file name (eg 07021546.log) is output to the current directory.
Here is an example that reproduced the same issue.

$ adop phase=fs_clone

Enter the APPS password:
Enter the SYSTEM password:
Enter the WLSADMIN password:


The fs_clone phase completed successfully.
adop exiting with status = 0 (Success)

$ ls -lrt
total 4
-rw-r--r-- 1 r122 dba 1136 Jul 4 00:28 07040028.log
