Claim Locking Issue (Doc ID 2421399.1)

When one user navigates to an open claim and navigates to any sub tab and 
then exits without clicking cancel / update, then locks are not getting 
released and other user are not able to navigate to the same claim.  The 
second user when in claim doesn't see any message, the browser just spins. 

Navigate to the Claims Tab and select any Open claim 
Navigate to any sub tab within the claim 
Exit the claim without clicking cancel or update on the claim page 
Lock does not get released and does not allow other user to navigate 

Query to check the locks 
select c.owner, c.object_name, c.object_type, b.sid, b.serial#, 
b.status, b.osuser, b.machine, a.* 
from v$locked_object a , 
v$session b , 
dba_objects c 
--c.object_name like 'OZF%' and 
b.sid = a.session_id 
a.object_id = c.object_id;
