Seeded Elements Cannot be Modified (Doc ID 2421479.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Element definition (e.g. DFF, Input Value,...etc) of the seeded elements cannot be modified.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Responsibility.
  2.  Go to Element form
     (N) Total Compensation > Basic > Element Description
  3.  Query any seeded element (e.g. Medicare_ER)
  4.  Open Add'l Elemetn Type Details DFF window.
  5.  Fields are grayed out and not able to update.
