Adhoc tax amount not becoming zero after canceling the Sales Order lines.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Adhoc tax amount should should become zero after canceling the Sales Order lines.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sales Order, apply Adhoc tax and GST tax with precedence of Item+Adhoc tax
2. Book the sales order.
3. Cancel the sales order lines.
4. Check the tax amounts in India Tax details
