Unable to drill down to Accounts Payable transactions from General Ledger.

Sorry, no valid responsibilities available
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL responsibility
2. Account Inquiry
3. Show Balances
4. Detail Balances
5. Journal Details
6. Drilldown
7. When the View Transaction button is clicked, a pop up asking to open frmservlet.jnlp appears. After clicking on Open, Java form is launched however another message displays, No valid responsibilities are available, instead of the Accounts Payable Invoice Screen.
The GL team does not support Subledger Accounting (SLA). So none of the issues reported in this note are supported by the GL team. The Payables team needs to address this issue.
