On : 12.2.6 version, Reconciliation and Clearing

When attempting to open a CE form,
the following error occurs.

AXCABMR.initialize procedure raised unhandled exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Cash Management
Production and Test instances

2. Path: Bank Statements> Manual Clearing> Clear Transactions
The following error occurs:

AXCABMR.initialize procedure raised unhandled exception

This happens every time any of the CE for forms are open.

The users did not test this form during the tests for the upgrade.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile transactions
