iSupplier Notification E-Mails Are Routed to a Supplier's Spam Folder (Doc ID 2422084.1)

In certain cases, when an Invitation notification e-mail is sent to a new supplier, the notifications are going to their Spam folder and being missed.

Are there any settings from the EBS side which can prevent e-mails from ending up in Spam?
