Purging Of Email Center Accounts Is Failing with " ERROR WHILE UPDATING MLCS" (Doc ID 2422581.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration

When attempting to purge Email Center Accounts the Purge Requests shows as failed.

Expect that the Purge Requests do not get failed and get completed successfully

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to the Navigate Email Center Administrator Responsibility
3.Navigate to Email Center Administration -> Administration > Purge.
4.Submit a new request.
5.Navigate to Email Center Administration -> Monitoring -> Concurrent Programs
6.Submit the Process Email Center Purge Request.
7.Navigate to Email Center Administration -> Administration.
Observe that the request status is failed
