R12: AP: Change the Address Book But System Not Change all Sites Value (Doc ID 2423109.1)

Attempt to update the Address Book, but not change all sites(which Sites Using the Address).

The issue can be reproduced by the following:

Using AP responsibility,
1. Navigate to Suppliers -> Entry -> Search the Supplier -> Click Update -> Click Address Book
2. Click Update to update address book
3. Update the Address Line1 value, and Apply
4. Check the table ap_supplier_sites_all.ADDRESS_LINE1, not all values are changed
