Exceptions On The Warehouse Control Board Form Are Not Retrieved (Doc ID 2423295.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Performance

Actual Behavior
Exceptions history has no record for the Item Task when queried from WMS Control board.

All exception records would appear in 11i. Same is not True with R12

Expected Behavior
Similar to 11i, there should be history records available here .

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Warehouse Management System --> Inquiry --> Warehouse Control Board .

Changes

 Upgrade from 11i to R12.2.6
