Retropay Status Form Errors When Adding Manual Retro Assignment: 'You have entered the assignment with name multiple times. Delete the duplicate entries and retry.'

User performs a query for an assignment in the Retropay Status form that returns one or more rows for any status. If the user presses the 'Add Another Row' button to create a new retro assignment, and enters the same assignment name or number, an error is received. This is to be expected if the status is 'Awaiting Processing' as there should never be more than one record in Awaiting Processing status; however, this message is received when the query was done for other statuses, such as Completed - Deferred Forever or Completed. Users should be able to add a new retro assignment with 'Awaiting Processing' status on the form in that case.
As a workaround, users can add the retro assignments before a query is done, or only if there are no rows returned.
You have entered the assignment with name multiple times. Delete the duplicate entries and retry.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: View > Retropay Status
2. Query for assignment with status such as 'Completed - Deferred Forever' or 'Completed' and get one or more rows returned
3. Attempt to add new row for the same assignment and get error.
