E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Mailer related issues

 

 

 



Users are unable to start the workflow notification mailer due to the following error:


oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.SvcComponentContainerException: Could not start component; performing rollback -> oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.SvcComponentException: Validation failed for the following parameters -> {OUTBOUND_SERVER=Unable to connect to the mail account. Check the host, user name and password., PROCESSOR_IN_THREAD_COUNT=Inbound thread count must be either 0 or 1.}. Parameters were -> {RESET_NLS=N, FROM=Workflow Mailer}
