Missing Equipment Group Profile ID In Location Resource in 6.4.3

Goal
Equipment Group Profile ID cannot be found in Location Resource page.
In this screen the Equipment Group Profile ID and other optional fields were present in 6.3.7, but they are missing in 6.4.3.
The 6.4.3 table LOCATION_RESOURCE still has the column for EQUIPMENT_GROUP_PROFILE_GID.
How to get it in use and why the fields have been removed from front screen while it is available in back-end, what is the purpose and workaround of this?
