ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to generate revenue for a Single Project, the expenditures are not picking.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the Eligible Expenditures should be picked when "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project" is run
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Projects Responsibility
2. Submit the request "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project" from
View-> Requests-> Submit a New Request-> Single Request
3. Validate if Revenue successfully generates for all eligible expenditures.
