On : 12.1.3 version, Billing Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During creation of a Project Template, the Billing Information tab is missing in Options

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Billing Information tab should be visible in the Project Template screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project Responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup->Projects->Project Templates->Query for a Project
3. Validate if Billing Information is visible in the Options of a Template
