What is the appropriate dependent coverage start date to use in conjunction with the seeded coverage start date code of 'First of Month On or After Later of Event or Notified'?

Customer is attempting to update the coverage start date rule at the program level and wish to use 'First of Month On or After Later of Event or Notified'.

However, there is no corresponding dependent coverage start code which would also take into account the event and notified dates.

For example:
Employee has existing family medical coverage for herself and a child. Employee experiences Marriage life event on 07-JUL-YYYY but does not notify us of the marriage until 03-AUG-YYYY.

Desired outcome:
Spouses medical coverage should begin on 01-SEP-YYYY (first of month after the notified date, which is later than the event date)

Is there a seeded dependent coverage code that would result in above?
