Closed Order Line Did Not Flow To Oracle Incentive Compensation (Doc ID 2424705.1)

The customer is collecting orders and finds that not all of the lines of the order are being inserted into cn_comm_lines_api_all. It appears that the issue is only happening for service lines that are added to provide service to install base products already owned by the customer.

Expect that all of the lines of the order to be collected

1. Create an order
2. Run the order collection program
3. check the cn_comm_lines_api_all table, find that the order details are not inserted in this table

Additional information:
Note that the cn_not_trx table is showing all three lines collected, ie collected_flag = Y, but the cn_comm_lines_api_all table only contains two lines.

It looks like the collected_flag is updated to Y after the records are inserted into the cn_comm_lines_api_all table. The customer does not have any post-collection activities or user defined filtering in the collection package.
