Territory Manager Sales Team Search Not Fetching Accurate Results

Symptoms

In 12.2.5 territory search using only filter 'CITY = HAM' and DUNS number, retrieves territories which do not meet the filter criteria.


Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate > Territory Management > Territory Administration > Territories > Search > Operating Unit = OU_ADS_CA > Usage = Sales > Territory Type = All > Transaction = All > City = HAM and DUNS number

results return multiple territories which does not have 'City = HAM' or DUNS number.
