Clicking on "Recalculate Shipment Cost" For Multiple Shipments is Creating Duplicate Shipment Costs (Doc ID 2425005.1)

Symptoms

Shipment cost are getting duplicated when recalculation is triggered for more than 2 shipments.

e.g. - take 4 shipments, select and go to -> Actions - Shipment Management - Change Shipment Costs - Recalculate Shipment Cost and press "Next" multiple times before last shipment (last step)

Observation:

If recalculation is done again, without pressing "Next" button multiple time, then duplicated cost is removed.
