Mobile App "Maintenance For EBS" Not Working On Android 8.0 (Doc ID 2425767.1)

In mobile phone, on Android 8.0, the mobile app for EAM "Maintenance for EBS" is not working. It displays "Oracle" Logo screen and then a blank white screen.
Even "License Agreement Page" is not displayed. This is with the latest version of app available on App Store(1.6.4).
