Instance Number Is Not Showing In Sales Order (Doc ID 2426037.1)

On : 12.2.7 release. Instance number not showing in Installation details once sales order is shipped


Contract transfer no longer work for non-shipable item.

1. Non-shippable Item-A is covered by a service contract
2. Send upgraded Item-B to the same customer and use 'Replace' ib sub-type,
enter Item-A instance in non-source reference.
3. After Item-B order is fulfilled, no contract is transferred.

Same set up and IB sub-type is working for a shippable item with same scenario
