Symptoms

When attempting to view a template with an image created using the Knowledge Base Editor in Email Center, the published document displays the image as a cross-icon or 'X'.

Steps
(R) Email Center Administrator
(N) Email Center Administration > Knowledge Base > Documents > Browse
Click on a Category
Click on Published Template with an image

The image displayed has a cross-icon indicating a missing image
