EBS PreClone Issue: RC-50007 On Appstier While Executing adpreclone appsTier (Doc ID 2426336.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version EBS PreClone issue: RC-50007 on appstier while executing

In the log file:  $INST_TOP/admin/log/StageAppsTier_<date_time>.log

See the error at the end, while running adpreclone appsTier:

Changes

File $AD_TOP/admin/template/custom/adxmlctx.tmp  was accidentally removed from the system.
