Symptoms
When attempting to insert HTML Templates in Email Center after the application of <Patch.26640631:R12.IEM.B>, the template is not inserted into the body of the email message via the Rich text editor.
Steps
(R) Email Center Agent Console
(N) Home > Inbox
Click on Knowledge Base
Pick a Template
Insert test data into the template
Click the Insert button
Focus returns to the composition window, but content/template has not been inserted
