PO Release With Expired Charge Account Can Be Saved on PO Release Form(POXPOERL) (Doc ID 2426399.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When a user enters a new release, the charge account which is included in the expired segment value is able to be selected via LOV.
And then this release is able to be saved.
*Even if there are some error messages(APP-FND-00005,APP-PO-14098)

Expected Behavior
When user enters the new release, the charge account which is including an expired segment value should NOT be possible to be selected by LOV.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Release Form
    PO responsibility (N) Purchase Order > Release
  2. Go to Shipment window
  3. Open the charge account LOV
  4. Select the expired charge account
  5. Save
