On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Note to buyer is not showing up correctly in Requisition. Even after cancelling the first 2 lines in the requisition and providing the new note to buyer comment, it is fetching the comment from the first line in the header level note to buyer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected that the Note to buyer should be defaulted from the requisition 3rd line.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: I procurement.
2. Cancel the requisition line.
