Error Receiving An RMA Due To Decimals In Primary Quantity (Doc ID 2426733.1)

Symptoms

When trying to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for an item that is set to OM Indivisible, the following error occurs and a fractional quantity is left on the RMA if the received unit of measure (UOM) is different from the one on the RMA.     

Error
RVTPT-020: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - The quantity cannot be a decimal number in the primary unit of measure of the item.
The item is setup as indivisible in the primary unit of measure. returned error

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N)-->Purchasing->Receiving-->Receipts
2. Query the RMA#
3. Select the check box and save
4. Encounter the issue
