OPP Performance Become Worse When Running XML Pubisher Report Which Template Have Validate Error

On : 12.2.4 version, Post-Processing
The customer run large number of concurrent requests every day. They created multiple custom managers and OPP managers on each node for running custom xml publisher reports.
The issue occurred intermittently when several hundreds of xml publisher reports were submitted in the space of a couple of minutes.
These xml publisher reports are small and in normal situation OPP only takes one or two second to process one request.
But when the issue occurred, OPP processes were still working but performance getting worse and worse. It took long time to process one request.
It caused large number of pending requests.
