Goal

When the profile option "PO: Notify Requester on Order Approval" is set to Yes, a notification is sent to the requester when the purchase order created from the requisition is approved.

If the profile option "PO: Notify Requester on Order Approval" is updated to No, will the notifications sent previously be deleted or closed?
