12.2 E-Business Suite Diagnostic Tests Fail With 'The executable for the test is corrupted ' And 'Invalid test(s) selected' Due To Error 'java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row' (Doc ID 2427099.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Diagnostics, Diagnostic Interface related issues

 

 

 

 

The following errors are observed when running diagnostic tests for E-Business Suite applications:


Error messages:

Invalid test(s) selected. Error information is provided along with the test 
name. 
<Test Name> - The executable for the test is corrupted 


The concurrent program  "Diagnostics Patching CP" also fails with the below error messages in log file:
