Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance
CA_HRMS_PEOPLE menu is taking a long time to load.
Review trace file to determine why menu is taking so long.
Expect the menu to load faster.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
FNDLOAD apps/ pwd@seeddb 0 Y DOWNLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afsload.lct file_name.ldt MENU MENU_NAME=”menu_name”
