Budget Plan New Version Create And Edit Budget Listing Only Few Tasks (Doc ID 2427538.1)

User navigates to Financial Tab in Project Screen and create a new plan version for the budget and while trying to edit the budget - however only few of the tasks are listed and others are ignored.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Creating new Budget version steps:
Search for project.
Go to “Financial” tab, select “Approved Budget” and click on “Maintain Versions”
Create a new version
Enter the details and edit budget
In the budget lines, only 192 tasks are displayed whereas the project has 342 tasks.
