Symptoms

Problem Statement:

NI deducted not getting refunded to employees even if the corresponding
NI retro element entries are created in case of weekly positive offset payrolls.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create an employee on category 'A' on a weekly offset payroll.      
  2. Run few payrolls and then update the category to 'C'.
  3. Run QuicRetro for the assignment.
  4. NI A is not refunded
