Error When Updating or Creating Costing Record Using Pay_Cost_Allocation_Api.Update_Cost_Allocation API: ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST and ORA-20001: FLEX-CANT FIND SEGMENTS (Doc ID 2427726.1)

Symptoms

When updating or creating the costing record using the Pay_Cost_Allocation_Api.Update_Cost_Allocation API the following error occurs: 


"ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST: N, VALUE, 000Z6, N, SEGMENT, Hosted Billing Unit Code, N, VALUESET, GE_IBS_OHR_BUC_VS"
and "ORA-20001: FLEX-CANT FIND SEGMENTS: N, ROUTINE, Validate Values, N, APPID, 801, N, CODE, COST, N, NUM, 51661 "



The concatenated segment values are getting stored in the variable 'l_combination_name varchar2(240);' In this case the value is exceeding 240 characters.



Steps to Reproduce
1. Execute the API Pay_Cost_Allocation_Api.Update_Cost_Allocation
2. Observe the error
