Failed Calculation and Unable to Select a Salesperson for Submit Calculation (Doc ID 242795.1)

Symptoms

After running the Calculation program, some transactions are failing with Failed Calculation (XCALC status on the table CN_COMMISSION_LINES)

It is possible that calculation works ok for old Salesreps but not for new Salesreps or recently added Salesreps.

You are unable to select one of the salesrpes with the problem in the Submit Calculation screen. The Salesperson is not in the LOV.

You may also receive a 'FRM-41830 LOV contains no entries' message on the submit calculation form.
