Symptoms

When running the concurrent program Build Attribute Mapping Rules, the following error is displayed:


ERROR
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program QPXPSRCB. Routine & ROUTINE received a return code of failure.
Contact your support representative.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Reports; Select Name = Build Attribute Mapping Rules
3. Submit request
