Lot Cost Overhead Re-applied On The Lot When Transferred Back To The Manufactured Org (Doc ID 2428259.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An item manufactured in Org A has a lot cost overhead associated with it. Lot cost process generates the final cost for the lots including the overhead cost of the lot. The item is
transferred to Org B and from where it is again transferred to Org c. It was identified in Org C, that specific lot of the item has to undergo quality verification and hence
quantity was transferred to Org A via Intransit shipment. When the lot costing process was run it is noticed that a new updated cost for the item was generated which had applied
another portion of the overhead cost.
  
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lot cost overhead should not be re-applied on the lot when transferred back to the manufactured org.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
 Perform transfer from org A to Org B
 Perform transfer from org B to C
 Perform intransit transfer to org A from Org C

 Responsibility -> OPM Financials
 Navigate to-> Lot Cost -> Lot Cost process screen
 Submit the request
