supplier doesn't show up in autocreate new document block

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
when trying to autocreate a po from a requisition created in iprocurement, specifying a supplier.
The supplier doesn't show up in the New Document block of the autocreate and the po is created without a supplier.


STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the iProcurement Module.
2. Create a new Requisition - non Catalog request
3. Add valid supplier from LOV - save
4. Navigate to Autocreate form and query up Requisition created
5. Can see it shows selected supplier from step 3
6. Click on automatic
7. When next form comes up, Supplier is blank

Expectation is that Supplier from Requisition created in iProcurement would carry over to Autocreate form and created PO
