User Cannot Access Report Output via BIP Notification Email If Report Was Run by Another User (Doc ID 2428605.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.3.0

User A schedules/runs report with "Make Output Public" checked and specifies user B email address in the Notification section.

When user B clicks on the generated URL in the Notification email and signs in, he is presented with empty "Report Job History" screen.

After user B changes the Scope from "My job Histories" to "Public job Histories" and hits Search button, only then desired output, along with other reports, will show up.
