When attempting to run 'Collection Import Manager', the record is stuck in Quality interface with 'Critical error'. error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate Quality Interface with information to enter quality result
2. Run 'Collection Import Manager'
3. Receive Error
